Turning Inward
As autumn yielded to winter, we gathered at the wonderful Parkhotel Mondschein to pause, breathe, and listen. To turn inward, and listen to all we carry. We dedicated this retreat to a reflection on the element of Water which in Traditional Chinese Medicine invites to stillness, introspection, and restoration. We explored how turning inward can be a challenge & actually very hard and explored all different forms to help us find this access: dynamic movement, slow practices, breath work, intuitive movement, deeply calming sound baths with Larissa Giers, inspiring & stimulating Tarot workshop with Larissa Giers & scent & aromatherapy with Kathrin Heller from Peace in the Wild.
