I will be holding space for a movement, breath & meditation practice at the Spring Renewal Female Leader Retreat hosted by the two entrepreneurs & founders Stephanie von Behr and Emmie Faust. 12 Female leaders will come together to pause, reconnect and step into spring with renewed clarity and intention.

This retreat will take place in the serene Somerset countryside, at the unique retreat location 42 Acres which offers the perfect environment for restoration, surrounded by ancient woodland, nourishing food, and the quiet beauty of nature.
