In this online program, I offer you a guiding “fil rouge” of weekly live and pre-recorded movement, breath work & meditation sessions, designed for you to practice from the comfort of your home—or wherever you are.
One of the biggest challenges is continuity. With the LIVE practices and this structured ongoing practice offering, I want to help you & keep you accountable.
Every month, you receive the following new content while maintaining full access to all previous sessions and everything you’ve learned before, so you can revisit your favorites and re-practice whenever you wish.
Monthly Program
“Into the Month”: energetic tone of the month
On the first day of each month I publish a 5–10min video in which I explain our energetic focus for the month. It is our way of entering the month consciously of what energy we are surrounded by nature & what that means for us. This then becomes our guiding tone for all of our practices in that month.
New Moon & Full Moon practices
+ new TAROT readings
I am not particularly esoteric nor am I pretending to be an astrologer. However, I feel, there can be deep guidance we can receive by tuning in with the rhythm of the moon. On both new & full moon I offer you a 15min video to practice on these days. Breath & meditation that allow us to attune to the lunar energies.
From February on I am very excited to be able to share a special new & full moon TAROT card reading with the one & only Saskia Diez.
Once a month you will find a 60min class combining movment, breath & meditation for you to go a little deeper.
Monthly 60min deep practice
Once a month I share an inspirational & educational 30-minute with a guest expert, discussing matters like physical & mental routines, spiritual practices & other enlightening experiences.

I am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, chanting based practices & nervous system regulation techniques. My style is focused on somatic embodiment rather than on the execution of particular asanas or their perfection. I practice a rich, eclectic, non-dogmatic style.

Yes, I propose very accessible practices. You don’t need any prior experience.

Yes, even if you are an advanced Vinyasa practitioner, these sessions can enrich your practice. We are not practicing advanced Vinyasa poses, but the breathing & meditation techniques can be a useful addition to your practice.

There is always movement in every session & the longer Saturday sessions include a full physical practice. However this platform is not only dedicated to movement.

You get every month over 4h of content. With every month the archive grows and this adds on to the material available for you.

Yes, the 30min Monday morning sessions are LIVE & so is the once a month 60min Saturday session.

That’s not a problem. You will find the recording of all sessions on our platform.

Yes, during the LIVE sessions you will practice together with other students.

No, the retreats are separate. They are a prolongation of our weekly and monthly practice. They are not included in the membership.
